Save the Date!

Guys, in lieu with our upcoming Batch reunion, the Registration Committee have created this form for you to fill out. This is a "Save the Date" form so that the committee will know who and how many will come. We will also be collecting your email address so that we can send you the formal invite for the event. Please don't forget to fill out the suggestion for the VENUE.


Note that the deadline for answering this form is on FEBRUARY 24, 2012, 5:00PM, for we still have to consolidate the data gathered for the One Time Big Time Meeting this Saturday February 25. Thanks guys! See you soon! :)
